Further Up and Further In: Where God is Leading Us Next

Greetings, Converge Northeast family! 

As I step into the role of Regional President, I’m filled with gratitude for the extraordinary growth and impact we’ve experienced over the past season. God has been incredibly faithful, and we are standing on the shoulders of those who have labored with such dedication and faithfulness. To borrow the words of CS Lewis, it’s now time for us to move "further up and further in," as we seek to maximize what God has already begun. 

Ephesians 4:15-16 reminds us, “We will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love."  

This passage reflects what God has done among us and what He will continue to do. We are called to keep growing—individually and collectively—as Christ builds His church through us. 

The road ahead is exciting. Whether we are planting new churches, revitalizing existing ones, or equipping leaders for more effective ministry, our mission remains clear: to strengthen the body of Christ so that His Kingdom continues to expand across our region. God has opened doors, and I believe He is inviting us to step through them with boldness and faith. 

My goal is to take what God has already started and see it go further—to maximize the momentum, expand our reach, and deepen our impact. I am committed to working alongside you to see Converge Northeast thrive in ways we have yet to imagine. Together, we will continue pressing into the call that God has for us, trusting that He will do immeasurably more than we can ask or think. 

I look forward to connecting with you in the months ahead. Let’s pray for wisdom, unity, and vision as we press forward—further up and further in—toward the future God has for us.
