On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion in Ukraine.
Converge has partnered with local leaders and churches in Ukraine for decades through sister churches, ministry leaders and global workers. Now, we continue to serve our Ukrainian brothers and sisters in the current crisis.
A relief fund has been established by Converge to assist the Ukrainian people. This fund will help provide relief for gospel leaders, others who remain within the Ukrainian borders and people who are displaced.
If your church has a global relief fund, consider donating now. If you receive a special offering, Converge will help administer the funds you raise. There will be no service fee for donations given to this fund.
On December 21, 2021, Super Typhoon Rai (known locally as Odette) slammed into the Philippines, with winds surpassing 130 miles per hour at landfall. The typhoon caused mass destruction across the country, killing more than 400 people and damaging or destroying more than a half-million homes, according to news reports. Those same reports claimed more than 4.5 million people in the Philippines were affected by the typhoon.
A great many churches were also destroyed, and the pastors who lead them are in great need for themselves and their family, as well as for their church. Among them are several Converge ministry partners.
Please make a gift today to help rebuild these churches provide for hurting pastors who are caring for their people while they themselves are facing their own crises caused by this catastrophe. Your gift will help provide others a place to gather and worship Jesus together again and give renewed hope to communities and pastors in great need.
Selecting your location helps us connect you to your local Converge team.
