The Refuge Ministry Center is an apartment in downtown Tartu. Close to the university, it is uniquely located near the central hub of Tartu. The property was purchased and remodeled in 2021, and now serves as a location for small group ministry, outreach activities, a meeting space, and housing for interns. The facility and ministries of the Refuge are overseen by a local Estonian.

This project needs funding for ongoing maintenance, cleaning, stocking of supplies, insurance, utilities and staffing.

This apartment has become a vital tool of our Converge ministry in Estonia and has the mission of introducing 2000 youth to Christ over the next few years.
