Meeting the needs of pastors and diverse ministries
Whether you serving the Hispanic or Native American populations in your community, or you need help coping with the stresses of your ministry, we are here to help you.
Staff of the Pastor
This ministry was born out of the need for confidential help for pastors and their families who found themselves dealing with emotional, relational and mental-health issues. Formed in 1993 by a group of Converge North Central pastors and laymen, the ministry continues to operate the same in confidentiality to help struggling pastors. Staff of the Pastor provides:
- The first contact for help
- Recommended options
- Financial Assistance when needed
- Full confidentiality

Native American Ministry
Our Native American Ministry Advisory Committee (NAMAC) equips and serves our Native American leaders who live along the Canadian-U.S. border in northern Minnesota. The goal of NAMAC is to have as many Native Americans as possible on the committee, and to grow our Native American churches. Kenny Danielson serves as our director.
