I was born in South Vietnam couple months after the U.S. Army left Vietnam. I was raised in a very difficult time of country. But God’s called me to serve Him among His people to reach out and raise up leaders the unreached people groups in Asia (10/40 Window where less than 4% population is Christian).

• Two-thirds of the world's population- more than 4.4 billion people- live in the 10/40 Window.
• 90% of the people living in the 10/40 Window are unevangelized.
• 85%of those living in the 10/40 window are the poorest of the world's poor.
• Islam, Buddhism and Hinduism are centered within the 10/40 Window.
• Half of the world's least evangelized cities are in this10/40window.

With my 14 years serving the Lord in the House-Church Movement in Vietnam, 16 years planting and strengthening Culture Churches in U.S. and nearly 18 years doing Mission Works of Training and Equipping Culture Leaders in Asia, I strongly believe God has prepared me for going alongside leaders in Asia to develop strategies of multiplaction in Church Planting and Strengthening and Discipleship throughout Asia.

• Vision: Reaching unreached people groups in 10/40 Window Countries (less than 4% population is Christian)
• Mission: Finding and connecting transformation leaders in those people groups. Be the first people to contact or connect with local people among unreached people groups when chance or opportunity come, such as: disaster, tragedy, destruction, ruin, catastrophe…
• Goal: Go alongside with those key leaders to help their ministries to increase by multiplication not addition
• Strategy: Coaching and mentoring those key leaders; connecting our Converge Worldwide Churches with these movements if needed. Go by team; work with team; to build team for kingdom impact
• Work: Monthly coaching and mentoring via communication system, such as: WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, Go Meeting, Zoom Meeting… Quarterly visiting and meeting with those key leaders face to face as their places, such as: Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, China… Semi-annually meeting with the whole Asia Church Impact Team for strategies, encouragement... just like LEAD Team among Converge Churches.

Revelation 5:9-10 They sang a new song, saying, "You are worthy to take the book, and to open its seals: for you were killed, and bought us for God with your blood, out of every tribe, language, people, and nation, and made us kings and priests to our God, and we will reign on earth."
