Pastors and lay leaders of local churches have faced increasing pressure over the past several years.  Culture is changing, ministry contexts are changing, discouragement is on the rise, and hard decisions are constantly being made.  In an aim to encourage local church ministers and lay leaders to continue steadfast in their calling, the theme of the 2022 Cultivate Conference is "Cultiavting Perseverance."   To help us unpack and apply this theme, we have invited main session speakers from the Full Strength Network, a ministry aimed at encouraging and strengthening local church ministry leaders and their spouses.
