After serving with Converge in the Philippines for more than seven years, Cirilo transitioned to be part of the Converge Asia Impact Team (AIT). The team is commissioned to accelerate gospel movements in the least reached countries of Asia, by training national workers and provide ministry training resources to indigenous pastors and Christian workers.

He continues to teach at Cebu Graduate School of Theology virtually and conducts discipleship, leadership and pastoral training via zoom for the Baptist Conference Churches of the Philippines (BCP) and the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC), using the Institute for Training In Ministry (iTIM) curriculum. While serving with AIT, he remains accessible for coaching and mentoring of key leaders in the Philippines.

Our greatest privilege is joining Jesus in what he is building: his church. When we reach across the street and around the world with the gospel—locally and globally—we impact lives for eternity.
