Giving/Account Help

You can use this guide to manage your online giving. If you still need help, you can contact Jennifer, our donation administrator, who will be happy to help you out.

 

Not receiving emails from Converge
If you didn't receive a donation receipt or password reset email you were expecting, be sure to add these email addresses to your contacts:

This ensures that emails we send you will be received by you. Additionally, if you see our email in your spam/junk folder, please mark that email as "Not spam". After following these steps, you can contact Jennifer, our donation administrator, to resend the reciept or password reset email you were expecting.

 

Online Recurring Giving

Restart an expired recurring donation
From your “My Account” page:

  1. Click the “Recurring Fees” tab
  2. If the credit card or bank account info is out of date, update that first (see below instructions).
  3. Click “Manage” then "Restart" on the recurring donation you would like to restart. You can also then adjust the amount you give and set the next charge date.
  4. Click "Submit".

 

Update your credit card or bank account information
From your “My Account” page:

  1. Click the “Recurring Fees” tab
  2. Click “Manage” then "Update card/address" on the recurring donation for which you need to update either your credit card or banking information. Please note that you must update each recurring donation individually.
  3. Credit Cards: Enter your full credit card number, expiration date, and security code.
    Bank Accounts: Enter all information requested.
  4. Click "Update".
  5. If your donation is expired, follow the additional steps below. Otherwise, you're all finished.
    1. Click the “Recurring Fees” tab from your "My Account" page
    2. If the credit card or bank account info is out of date, update that first (see below instructions).
    3. Click “Manage” then "Restart" on the recurring donation you would like to restart. You can also then adjust the amount you give and set the next charge date.
    4. Click "Submit".

 

Update your address
From your “My Account” page:

  1. Click the “Recurring Fees” tab
  2. Click “Manage” then "Update card/address" on the recurring donation for which you would like to update the address. Please note that you must update each recurring donation individually.
  3. Enter your new address details. (Please note that any address change you make here is only related to your recurring donation).
  4. Click "Update".
