Raoul & Karen Armbrister

Raoul and Karen Armbrister are anointed missionaries from the Bahamas, called by God to work with Converge International Ministries and the Converge Southeast District throughout much of the Caribbean. As teachers of theology and biblical studies, the Armbristers actively engage in witnessing, discipleship, and training the body of Christ.

Raoul: A successful businessman in his early career who experienced a miraculous physical healing from God, Raoul’s passion centers on meeting people at their point of need, then helping build them up within their areas of gifting and talents, leading them from dependence to independence. His programs include woodwork training, carpentry, boat building, leadership training, project development, small business development, spiritual growth, and theological training.

Karen: Walking away from her successful career as the Bahamas’ number one television news anchor, Karen answered God’s call to teach and train young girls and women social graces, sexual purity, etiquette, communication skills, and personal development using a program called Metamorphosis. Her Women Empowering Women program takes the less, the lost, the forgotten and the abused women, and teaches them sewing, jewelry making, entrepreneurial, and self-development skills.

The Armbristers have developed a Feeding and Activity Center which feeds hundreds daily, while teaching and training in areas of spiritual development, marriage and family, couples ministry, and ministry development.

Through their short-term mission trip organization, Karazim Ministries, Converge churches from around the United States have an opportunity for personal hands-on mission outreach.
