This morning I received a video update from Pastor Vasyl Gutsalo, from the Kyiv area of Ukraine. In addition to serving as a local pastor, Vasyl serves as the national leader of Community Bibles Study Ministries for both Ukraine and Kazakhstan. I met him in Kyiv last November. What was simply a "get to know you" meeting turned into a vital partnership in the months to follow as the Russian invasion changed everything!
The efforts of his church, and others like it, have been supported by gifts to the Converge Ukraine Relief Fund (converge.org/missions/world-relief). Pastor Vasyl expresses his thanks and reminds us that the war goes on and the need remains great.
